The car rental company provided excellent service. I had booked a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and it was an error on the QEEQ platform. However, they upgraded me to a higher engine capacity vehicle, which made me very satisfied. The staff was enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find. After picking up my luggage, it's to the left of the lobby near Door 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left after exiting, very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member came over to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple, and after signing a form, I went to the airport lobby to find the rental company. I handed them the paperwork and just signed another form to complete the process.

The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.

Very fast

Everything was great, just the drop Off locataion at Chiang Rai AirPort was hard to Find. We just parked it elsewhere and walked to the counter which was no problem

I booked a Nissan Almira but they gave me a Yaris which was a much lower-powered car
