En el mostrador de Budget intentaron venderme varios seguros argumentando que yo no estaba cubierto, luego intentaron cobrarme casi 200$, luego de enseñarles los papeles de la reserva donde tenía que pagar 50 y poco me hicieron pagar $64 o no tenia el coche. Muy lamentable. Señora temendamente desagradable me atendió

The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
