Though a bit far away from the airport, they offered free shuttle service. So far so good.

Always the most reliable app for my car rentals.

Not easy to locate the rental car pick-up point. Waited for more than 30 mins to get the car. Although lucky to get a brand new car, it is lack of power. New to pay extract for returning the car out of its nornal office hour. The staffs were late in the early morning when need to return the car making us rushing to airport to catch the flight.

The process of booking the car was easy and fuss-free!

Natvigation system is out-dated for at least 4,5 years. Many location can not search by phone numbers

The car given to me was better and spacious than I expected. The only fallback is I was required to add gasoline at a specified gas station. I would suggest that it let's us free to choose gas station as long as it is within 30 minutes before returning the car.

It is better to add option in the apps to allow pickup and return car at different location. Currently it only exists in web version.
