The shuttle bus from the airport to the rental car company was caught in traffic for about 20 minutes. On-site waiting time was about 30 minutes, as there were only a few open counters. After completing the paperwork, there was an additional 15-minute wait for car pickup. Overall, Los Angeles has a high demand for rental cars, and there were many people renting cars.

Overall satisfied. I added an E-ZPass, and the billing was clear.

Found the rear bumper damaged when picking up the car; they quickly replaced it with another vehicle. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

The counter staff person at pick up was very friendly, but I was shocked to see that the price I had to pay was $50 more than the price I booked it for. The staff told me it was because of tax, but why wasn't that included when I booked it? I don't like when pricing isn't upfront. Also, I called to talk to someone about extending my drop off time, and that person wasn't very nice.
