The car rental service was excellent, with no additional upselling.

The store is located inside the airport, it's a large company with a wide variety of vehicles and good vehicle conditions.

The booking and checking process was smooth. The staff at europcar were friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty in finding the car in Bay Area among sea of cars so can improve on this process if possible. We were offered a different car to one that was booked,but it was a good car in this case so no complaints.

Easy rent cars enabled us to get the best car and price so no complaints.

Desk staff tried to upgrade us to an SUV. Normally that would be lovely but it wouldn’t have fit our three car seats. It was a lovely gesture. We would have upgraded to a full size 4WD Or people mover if one was available.
