Used Hertz, the car was in great condition and well-maintained.

The staff were friendly and patiently explained all the details of the booking, including the cost of adding an extra driver and the credit card pre-authorization amount. They answered my questions patiently, such as about fuel types and whether AUTO PASS was included. There was no aggressive upselling of products—just a simple inquiry about whether we needed additional insurance.

We were upgraded to a Volvo V60 diesel, which was great. The vehicle was new and very feature packed, and we loved our drive in Norway with this wonderful car. Many thanks to Hertz for this! However, we would suggest to Hertz ihat the personnel at the rental counter shoukd typically take a few minutes to take the customer to their assigned vehicle, and spend a few minutes with basic orientation. That allows customers to ask questions on the car, since we come from Asia, and some of our cars are different from the ones used in Europe.

The platform was great, very responsive, and the customer service was also very prompt!

Volvo in photo but I was given KIA hybrid. Ok as they said it was in the same category. However, the car cannot be charged. I spent an evening searching the web for a solution to realize that it was a defect of the car. Why Herzt gives away defect car to customer?
