Very smooth process with friendly staff, who also informed me about the deposit refund timeline.

We received a brand new and upgraded VOLVO, amazing!

The car boot wasn't as big as we had been led to believe. We'd booked a Mini Van | Citroen C3 Aircross or similar which should fit 3 large cases, and instead were given a Peugeot 2008 which has a much smaller boot (100L smaller). Luckily we only had to drive 20 mins from the airport to our accommodation so managed with one case wedged on the back seat between the children. On the plsu sisde the car seemed to be brand new.

Hard to locate the counter and staffs and they are always not at the counter. Car is given different range despite booked the medium range and the car space is small. The GPS is not functioning well and they shouldn’t give up customer. Now I have to pay for it and it is not very useable. They should have advise that we can use our iPhone and map over the car screen. The sign for Keddy is so small that we almost couldn’t find the counter in the airport. Instead we see Eurocar sign at the counter.

The car was new with only delivery mileage so couldn't have been better. Staff tried to sell me insurance even though I had already bought some. Not had the deposit back yet so am reviewing on the basis that it comes back ok.

Easy enough to book on line and car was there when it should have been.
