Excellent service. The car was spacious, exactly the model I booked, very convenient and in good condition.

Overall service was good, and the price was very reasonable!

The paperwork process was very quick, with no extra sales pitches. Returning the car took only 3 minutes. The staff inspected the car briefly and then explained how to take the shuttle to the airport. The car was in great condition, and everything went smoothly!

Bad car. Asked to change it and they said no. Old, dented and scratched car with over 132000 km. Had to replace my own windshield wipers and didn’t get reimbursed.

No issues with QEEQ.com. The only thing I would recommend to have flexibility for car pick up. Had to wait 3 hours because they would not release the car even though it was parked. Dumb!

Very helpful staff dropping off the car and picking it up. Only issue I had was that they told us that we weren't fully insured when picking up the car, which I was as I paid the extra fee from the qeeq premium option. In reality they charge a very high extra fee to deal with them directly if anything had to happen and to avoid the 1000 euro deposit on the card. Was a bit disappointed that I got tricked into as they made it seem like I wasn't covered enough but everything else was great.
