The staff at the store spoke good English, no communication barriers. Explained the rules very carefully. Took detailed photos during the car inspection.

Like: Easy, smart and quick service, good price, good unit.
Dislike: Little bit misunderstand about drop-off location. I going to depearture terminal, not found they counter desk. they are counter only in arrival terminal, u need to call them before you drop off and the staff will coming to your position for checking and pick up the unit. Overall everything verry good. Will book again when i come to Thailand on next trip. Thank you.
