The pickup location is not at the airport, you need to call the store. The first time I called, no one answered, but they picked up quickly the second time. Since I opted for insurance, there was no additional fuss. I booked a Mazda CX-5, but got a Mitsubishi Outlander with just over 5000 kilometers, which was pretty good.

Car was everything it was supposed to be, no problem. And it was very well priced. No trouble finding the shuttle to the rental location. A bit of a crowd at the pick-up desk meant queuing for a while. But I was the only customer in the place for a quick easy return. But beware additional charges- needed to extend a 4 day booking by 3 hrs, which cost more than a prebooked day !

If you call the contact number, the staff do not know what they are doing, refusing to answer questions, tell lies and fail to transfer calls. It was on the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
