Highly recommended company! Not only are the prices low, but the service is excellent! Firstly, a shuttle arrived within 5 minutes after we landed. The only downside was that it was after office hours, and no one picked up the customer service call, so I thought the shuttle might not come. When we arrived at the pickup location, the car was a pleasant surprise—very new and clean. The customer service was good, and they didn't push the insurance. I took detailed photos and videos, and the staff didn't mind. The biggest surprise was when I returned the car. I had scratched it against a wall, but the employee told me it was okay and said, 'It's okay!' Although I had full insurance, it would still be a hassle to claim, but this saved me from all the trouble. They also drove us back to the airport. The staff were super nice!

The fastest car rental pick up and drop off. I love that you enter your details online and only need to verify on the day, rather than provide them again (which seems to be the case with many other rental agencies).

Easy booking and at a better price than other rental sites at the time.

The car we got was larger than we booked. I am not used to driving a large car, so it was stressful on the first day. They tried to sell another insurance e, even though I got one from the easy car rentals.
