Both renting and returning the car went smoothly. There is a dedicated shuttle bus to and from the airport, just call and it arrives quickly.

The staff were very enthusiastic, proactively providing maps and other information about Melbourne. They also eagerly promoted full insurance. Considering that I haven't driven a right-hand drive car for two years and the traffic situation in Melbourne is quite complex, I purchased the full insurance. The vehicle was a new car with 15,000 kilometers, and it had great power.

Chose to pick up the car at the airport and return it in downtown Melbourne. After leaving the airport, had to call the store to inform them and wait at the shuttle stop for a free ride.
