Pathetic pick up experience. The designated pick up location was closed with a note that it is moved. We had to go to another location and wasted 2-3 hours ! The lady on the counter was extremely rude. The car was in bad condition !

The pick up took a long time as the desk was very busy, but the young lady at the counter was very nice and professional.

When I originally got the quote, I thought it was too good to be true, so I contacted Hertz directly and they did confirm pricing. I will definitely use Easyrentcar again.

“Waste of of time and untrained staff.”
About Hertz: 5.3 /10
We received different car then what we booked, smaller in size and caused issues with luggage. At drop off Hetz staff member was very unfriendly and rude, wasted over 40 minutes with this guy.
