Pretty disappointed from Hertz

It was great. As a five-star member, I got a brand new car! The staff at the counter were very polite.

It's simple, they just don't like to deal with Chinese people.

Waited half an hour for the car, everything else was standard service.

The store is easy to find. It's right there as soon as you come out with your luggage. The staff was also very friendly. Despite my poor English, the car pickup went smoothly.

On returning the car at 9 am, there was only one lady at the check in counter inside the office. She was also the one that had to go out to check the vehicle conditions, the fuel used etc and can process 1 customer every 15 minutes or so. There were 6 people on line and you can estimate how long it took her. I almost missed my flight because of this!
