Dear qeeq, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund. I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. The overall service was excellent and highly efficient. There was no forced promotion of insurance or hidden charges. The pickup and return process was very quick, and the car was great. I rented a Citroën C5, which was particularly enjoyable to drive. The vehicle was in excellent condition and had undergone thorough cleaning, making the ride comfortable and pleasant. Fantastic experience!

Overall service was okay. The only bad thing was that we were given a new car (0 kilometers driven), but it came with an empty tank (virtually no fuel). We had to fill it up right after picking it up and then again before returning it. QEEQ is currently negotiating with the rental company about this issue and we are still awaiting the outcome. Returning the car with the same fuel level is nearly impossible (who can drive until the tank is completely empty?).
