Perfect but don’t know why I have to paid twice

Reviewed: Mon, Sep 30, 2024
About Felirent: 6.0 /10
Dear qeeq, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund. I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. I kindly ask for a refund of the €211 charge and look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Adam Sajda

Young drivers are required to pay a young driver fee and are forced to buy insurance, and purchasing insurance at the store is much more expensive than buying it on the platform.

Very attentive and patient. They accepted that we already had insurance purchased back home and did not force us to buy additional coverage.

The newest model of the car, and since it was rented for just one day, it was very cost-effective.

Outstanding customer service at the Felirent counter near Malpensa's (MXP) Terminal 1. No hassle pick-up and drop-off from the airport. Very helpful, cheerful and competent staff.

Very good way to find remarkably low prices using the user-friendly Web site. The price-drop watcher after making the reservation is terific!
