Super easy with QEEQ!

Had to use Hertz as Thrifty was shut. Got offered. Mini van at first which we refused. Then got given a Nissan Rigue.

All good. Would use again.

I am extremely satisfied with the overall service of the car rental company. In fact, this satisfaction exceeds my original expectations. I rented a car in Chicago and returned it in Los Angeles. The customer service at the Chicago O'Hare Airport rental company was very friendly and patient. Since my spoken English isn't very good, I printed my order beforehand. When I got to the counter, I handed them my printed order, highlighting the part about my pre-purchased insurance with a highlighter. The staff called someone over, and after a brief discussion, there were no issues. They didn't try to sell me any additional insurance. Interestingly, I originally booked a sedan, but the counter informed me that they were out of Nissan sedans and upgraded me for free to a high-end Nissan SUV with keyless start, which was fantastic. They charged an extra $200 on my credit card as a deposit and told me that it would be refunded the day after I returned the car. Surprisingly, the refund was processed immediately when I returned the car. The bill was clear, not a penny more or less. The return process was very convenient as well; the staff guided me to the parking area, did a quick inspection, and printed the receipt right there. I thought there would be more of an inspection, but the staff reassured me and told me I was good to go. Overall, I'm very satisfied, actually, extremely satisfied.

The car speed was very quick. Upon arrival, you just hand over the keys to the staff. The explanation of insurance and toll passes took a bit of time, but there was no hard sell. Overall, the process was quick and the staff were courteous.

The staff were nice & accommodating & the customer service responded quick but there's just noise of people talking in the background which is disturbing the phone conversation. Fast check out even with the minor damage issue with the car rented.
