Alamo is quite good. The procedures are convenient, the car models are diverse, if the same-level cars are out of stock, they upgrade immediately. Returning the car is quick, just scan the code. Highly recommended.

This store is incredibly hard to find. It's very small and seems recently moved to a tiny corner of the hotel's ground floor. I had to ask several people and wandered around the hotel until finally a hotel staff member personally guided me to the store. The staff's attitude was okay. They didn't forcibly sell me roadside assistance and personally guided us to the parking lot to pick up the car.

- the car had a scratch - the front windshield water pump was not working (I discovered that later when I thought there was no water so I added water but still it didn’t work)

- I was supposed to have lid an insurance if the tank was not returned full but when I picked it up at the Alamo Counter they said that I needed to return it with a full tank
