Great car, laborious pick-up

Excellent vehicle but pick-up was not without its problems. Waited nearly 30 minutes before I got to the desk. Agent was nice and friendly but booking out the car was laborious. Despite being a regular customer and having rented from them 12 days before, agent could not find my details to auto populate the rental agreement and had to do it manually. The drop down menu for UK counties was not extensive (e.g. no West Midlands or Warwickshire) and included a number of towns and cities. Paid a one way fee, which agent verbally confirmed, as car drop off was at the airport. Payment went through but unbeknown to me, agent had keyed in 10 times the fee. At least they refunded the overcharge within 24 hours of being notified!

Contacted QEEQ Customer Service regarding overcharge but process to be followed did not give me confidence that I would get a timely resolution, so went directly to Alamo.
