Very satisfied, the process is simple.

The Hertz front desk staff was very nice. Noticing that my English was limited, they intentionally spoke slower, articulating each word clearly, which was very considerate. During the paperwork process, there were offers to upgrade the vehicle and purchase insurance, but after declining, the service remained warm and enthusiastic. I rented a Corolla but was given a Nissan Sentra instead. The car was good, the seats were very comfortable, though the power was a bit lacking.

Very satisfied, the pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple, and the staff had a nice attitude.
