The self-service process is cumbersome. It felt like I had to pay again after already paying. It's confusing.

The car pick-up process was very smooth. From San Francisco airport, you can take the airport shuttle to the car rental building (most rental companies are there). I was fortunate to meet a gentleman from Hong Kong who speaks Mandarin. He recommended insurance, but I did not purchase it. The process was very efficient. I had reserved a Chrysler, but it was unavailable, so I chose a white Dodge from the lot with only 500 miles on it. It was very new. I quickly got used to driving it. The car's power was average, and I am not sure about the engine size, but the fuel consumption seemed high. Returning the car was even simpler and more straightforward. I will choose QEEQ again next time but will select a different model.

The service was very attentive, and there was no push for extra charges. The car was in good condition!

Alamo had good customer service. Both pickup and return were quick. I will rent from this company again next time.
