I've booked Corolla n got a similar one Kia which i felt was a downgrade and the car condition was not the best...right side of the car had lots of scratches and dented and the lady at newark was super gruchy, not friendly at all. However, return at Albany Airport, the staff was much more helpful and friendier

“Wasn’t a great experience as the car broke down and no help.”

Car broke down. Battery flat and warnings up on dashboard. Tried to call Budget road side assistance but got nowhere. Tried to call drop off point but no response. Couldn’t get the car back on time because of this. Ended up paying someone to jump start me and finally got the car to an alternate drop off point. Fella there was very helpful.

I Called two times from Denmark to Budget in EWR. First call I talked to a local guy Who was rude and completely useless. Second call, I got an South East Asian guy, who was very helpfull and solved the issue.

You shoul consider expressing more clearly, which company you actually are renting from. In my case Budget. Could have missed it...
