Nice clean car but lengthy drop off

The whole process was really straightforward and hassle‑free, and the staff were super patient and helpful.

The car's condition was average, and the steering wheel had a bit of play, but it didn't affect driving. I didn't upgrade the insurance when picking up the car, and it didn't matter at all. The deposit was refunded just a few hours after returning the car, which was very efficient. The driving speed in Oman is relatively fast, with highways typically at 140 km/h and urban expressways reaching up to 120 km/h.

We were given a good vehicle that was clean and with good appearance. The only comment that I had was the that the gentleman that issued me the vehicle effectively increased the fuel level about a quarter tank than what was actually in the tank. I only found this out when I left the airport. I know it was my fault for not checking before driving away but what happened from the staff member was unacceptable.
