Very satisfied and quick

Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

The entire car rental process was very convenient, and the staff were extremely patient. They answered all our questions one by one. Very satisfied.

Overall, it was okay. Since this time we had a family of four (three adults and one child) with three large suitcases, the attendant strongly recommended an extra-large American car, a Chevrolet. As smaller-sized Asians, we had to climb into the car. Of course, the cost skyrocketed from over 4000 for 16 days to over 8000, doubling our budget. If it weren't for the car's navigation system being very helpful for this trip to the western USA, it would have felt like an upsell. Returning the car was relatively easy!

The return process was very simple, just a few steps away from the airport shuttle. However, there were not many SUV options.
