The pickup process was very fast, and the car inspection during return was also quick.

I booked through Yesaway as I needed a car last minute. Although the price was slightly higher, the service was excellent and very efficient. The customer service even reminded me about nearby gas stations and the car return location. Overall, extremely satisfied!

The vehicle's condition was average. When idling for long periods, the air conditioning stopped working and needed a restart. It seems like there might be an issue with the thermostat.

Horrible experience returning the car - I almost missed my flight / the staff was not there / the telephone number did not work / i waited for more then 1 hour / In the end asked for help from another rental company kiosk to kindly take the key and just before i was departing the staff showed up with no explanation

Like: Fast friendly service, great rates and easy pickup and return. No need to wait for shuttle.
Dislike: A bit tough to call them 10min ahead for drop off, especially if I am the only person in the car, and the roads to airport requires full attention. But I really love the easy drop off point.
