The car rental location was relatively easy to find. Following the instructions on the taxi ride, we quickly located the rental office. Even though we forgot to print the contract, it didn't affect the car pickup process. The procedures were very smooth, and the staff were very friendly. At the time, there were probably many people renting cars, so after completing the formalities, we waited about ten minutes before a staff member guided us to the first-floor pickup point. During the pickup process, they used the rental agreement to check and document every scratch on the car with us. Of course, you should also carefully inspect the car yourself and report any unrecorded damage immediately. Overall, the car condition was quite good: the vehicle was clean and tidy, with over 70,000 kilometers on the odometer. The car's condition was satisfactory, and during our use, its air conditioning and performance were excellent, especially the cooling. When returning the car, I chose the nearest gas station to refill the tank and cleaned the car, so the return process was almost instantaneous with no unnecessary complications.

The worst thing is return area on BKK airport. No signs for ‘rental car return’ as on other airports. Because there is not a designated place to drop off the car. You just need to park it somewhere in the chaotic traffic jam of arrivals terminal, which took me almost an hour. Plus there is no gas station nor on the highway from Bangkok neither at the airport. You must find it somewhere on local roads. No one tells you of course :(
