The staff was amazing and I would by all means recommend them to others.

Since during my trip has been snow and winter conditions on the road I missed in the car equipment for cleaning the windows from ice and snow and winter tires too.

The booking was very easy, the location is a bus ride from the airport, the staff was excellent, and the experience was awesome! Thank You!

The price drop platform worked well. Great car for a great price!

Penalty for the gas (half tank instead of 3/4) was very high

Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

Car was about what I expected. Difficult to find place. They will put a 400$ hold on a 20$ rental on your credit card, simply bc they are a smaller company. It would be nice to know ahead of time bc they return it in “3-5” business days. It’s been 3 and I don’t have it back, which makes me nervous. In hindsight, would rent from bigger companies in the future - less hassle.
