cheap car but not what was expected

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were also mandarin speaking so it made things alot easier.

On calling your office for pick your staff on the phone, English language was very difficult to understand, not able to give clear directions for pick up at the arrivals terminal in Auckland international airport. Your van has not advertising therefore when searching for the van there are hundreds of white vans! On arriving at your pick up location your staff were going to give me a very old SVU and not the one you advertise on your web page!!! Then I got a million excuses why I couldn’t get the car I booked... reason other people had booked ..... hello I booked this car back in April!!! Then the staff finally agreed to give me an upgrade in all the process took over an hour ! Staff are polite but very inexperienced and poor English!

Excellent rental would recommend this company to anyone. Great car, lots of space, nice vehicle to drive, great on the roads.

Like: Excellent value for 2 day rental of a small older car for visiting friends and family in Auckland. Great Rentals site is easy to find using a navigator on vehicle return as it's close to the Southern and South Western motorways.
Dislike: Distance from the airport takes a bit of extra time, but was OK as a compromise for a better priced weekend rental.

Like: The response of the staff was very quick and efficient. They made small arrangements according to my needs.
