cheap car but not what was expected

They upgraded our car to a brand new Toyota RAV4 which was awesome

The pickup point was near impossible to locate. They spoke of a 'pink P" sign to stand near, but it could not be seen and was not known by airport staff we asked.(We finally saw it and it was only visable from the incoming road) The pickup vehicle did not have any log on it, and we were finally told the last 3 digits of the registration.

The car was pretty old, the pick up driver/counter service didn’t answer the phone until 45 minutes after our arrival (and 15 after our scheduled pickup time), pickup ended up being an hour late, and the rental lot was in a corner of an industrial park by the airport.

The Vehicle was late model and way better than expected for the price. I have already told friends and business colleagues about how good the services etc was

As before great to deal with

services provided by staff were brilliant - they feel apologetic due to the delay. car should be clean thoroughly at the windscreen for safety purposes
