Quite pushy with the sell up insurance and clearly weren't happy with me refusing it. I had to point out quite a few damages that weren't on the original damage report. Two days after dropping the car back off they rang me to ask why I hadn't dropped it off yet, I told them when/where I dropped it off, they have emailed me with the end of hire report so guessing it was just an error but they haven't rang back to explain or apologise.

No complaints here, everything went smoothly.

Was unable to use this rental due to check-in staff insisting on their own (very expensive ) insurance. Instead we booked an alternative at the airport.

Company were efficient considering amount of people wanting vehicles

Want my money back please. This people are Thieves. Wanted to charge $140 on top of what i hace already paid. Wanted to charge $2000 to my credit card and block it. All this for a 12 hour car rent. Goldcar. Horrible service, tried to take advantage of you. Never use this Rent-a-Car Service. Thieves! I didnt use their service at the end. Went with AVIS. More serious people.

Hello. Im renting another car today with you guys (AVIS) because of the horrible experience i had yesterday with the thieves at GOLDCAR. Rented for $25 a day. GoldCar said i have to pay $150 a day. They blamed on you. Would you please refund the money for the “rental” i didnt do yesterday. (Ref 71452633). Contract says show national license driving with Latin letters. I pre-booked full coverage . GOLDCAR says my national driving license is not valid in Spain but with extra 110€ it will be valid. I had no choice to pay extra 110€ for 4 days.
