The service was pretty good. Arrived around 5 in the morning and there were very few people.

Overall, it's okay.

The rental location is very close to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk. There were not many customers in the morning. We originally booked a Dodge 7-seater, but we got upgraded to a newer and more comfortable Toyota Sienna. The paperwork was simple and took only 15 minutes. The return location at the airport offers 24-hour service, and the return process was even faster. The inspection was done in less than 5 minutes, and the staff confirmed everything was OK. Additionally, a driver took us back to our hotel, which was very considerate!

Like: I got a differernt car than I reserved, but it was excellent. The people were very friendly.
Dislike: I did not like paying for a taxi to take us to the other lot. Why cant Enterprise run a shuttle to the lot or pay for the taxi fee?

Like: The car was clean. Staff offered bottled water. No paperwork was needed; everything was electronic.
Dislike: The staff member at the counter attempted to charge us full price even after we showed him our reservation and the price. Once we told him, he adjusted the bill.
