Routes car rental is a group of people who have absolutely no Interest in customer service. They are rude beyond belief. I was there for 2 hours and witnessed 4 different parties having problems and all 4 turned away and went to a different rental company. Just do not under any circumstance go here

Pleasant to work with

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
