Excellent service, quick and straightforward car pickup.

The car we had expected was not available so we had a free larger vehicle which was comfortable with adequate room. We could have had a bit more instruction on the workings of the vehicle as it had technology with which we were unfamiliar.

Impolite and con the customer into getting extra insurance and charge you for the toll device. In effect this almost doubled the cost of the car hire. I will never use them again.

The car that they arrange for us was far from what we paid for. It was at 2017 model Skoda. The car had a lot of external damage and was a very very base model. I told the staff that I felt it was definitely less than what we had paid for and they were not willing to look for anything else more suitable. It is actually the second time they’ve given me a car inferior to the category I’ve paid for. I definitely expect much more from a highly reputable global company. They made us pay and extremely high excess removal price even though the car was well inferior. We actually paid more for the excess waiver fee on the totally scratched and dented older model car than we did for the actual car rental. After having a couple of good experiences with them at the cascais Europecar, I’m quite disappointed that the last two times I have been dealt a very bad hand and they’re not willing to be reasonable. And for this reason I don’t think I’ll ever recommend I go back there

Like: The car itself if great. The guy explained about the types of cameras on the south and why I may need additional devices. Another guy explained me everything about the car and answered all my questions.
Dislike: Waiting time at picking up the car was around 20 min or even more. When I brought back the car, I first came to the right gates, but there was written “welcome back the car” and arrow to the left. So following the arrow I went to the wrong gates ((
