The cars from this company are very new. When I rented, the mileage was only 11 kilometers - it was a brand new car.

We waited 1.5 hours to collect our car in Lisbon. The Europcar pick-up office was extremely busy and there was not enough staff. We arrived well ahead of our scheduled pick-up time and it still took an unacceptable amount of time to finally receive the car. Having said this, the staff were trying their best in the circumstances and were friendly and helpful as much as possible.
