The store provides a shuttle service; you just need to wait at parking lot 18. The driver, a friendly Black guy, efficiently shuttles customers back and forth, which is quite good. Although the company is not big, it seems busy with quite a few car rentals. They mainly offer small cars, which are convenient given that Dublin's roads are generally narrow.

“What a horrible experience only three days before our wedding!”

We turned up around 12am only to find a family arguing with the attendant (possibly Marco) we weren’t sure why, but waited our turn. As soon as it was our turn about 60minutes later...he was just terrible, I get it we needed to either get insurance or a pre authorisation amount, but he was just horrible, saying he had to leave when we were making our mind up, saying he would just lock up and we wouldn’t get a car. That pressure is not good! Not professional! And should just not be on! Horrible horrible service. We ended up getting extra insurance, we needed it as he was just giving us scare tactics. I’m very unhappy with the service given don’t think I’ll hire again. Not a great way to start our wedding!

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect
