Been given low grade car, ask for helped no one turn up. wrost Rent a Car experience of my Life

The service was very good overall, I would recommend a better pickup service though.

It was a smooth process to complete the booking.

The car was bad, not in good condition, the break was bad there are sound from everywhere, i spent more than 2 hours to receive the car, i had to wait in the parking with my 1 yr baby, last thing the holding money not received yet since i dropped of.

I reserved Hyundai i20 or similar, automatic transmission, got Nissan Micra with automatic transmission. Nissan Micra was superb. A little, lively car that had no problem fighting the crazy steep highway hills in southwest Turkey. The car was in a good condition and the person who handed it over to me checked with me on all scratches beforehand and reported them in a protocol. The drop-off was smooth and fast.

Easyrentcars coworks with different car companies that other agents. By the time all cars were booked elsewher, there were still available cars on easyrent. The booking process is very easy and simple.

pls advise them to talk nicely to people when we ask for something. i did only asked them why my car was diesel instead of petrol? simple question but they shouted at me. as agreed to send back the car to counter but no one there, waited for more than 30mins. ended up leaved the car in the terminal parking area.
