When the vehicle broke down, it was very convenient and quick to replace it with a new one at the nearest service point. Returning the car was also very quick and convenient. The only drawback is that the Alamo counter in Las Vegas was slow in processing the car pickup.

They have self-service rental machines, and the manual queue isn't long. There is a bit of upselling on insurance, but you can just decline.
