The branch was really easy to find. We only needed a short rental from Rome to Ravello so we booked the cheapest option, but when we arrived they didn’t have that model anymore. They upgraded us straight to a pretty big SUV at no extra cost and without trying to upsell anything. Felt really lucky—definitely a thumbs up!
