The store is easy to find, the process is simple, and the service is excellent.

Service at counter was slow and not polite. I got a vehicle much smaller than I ordered. Then had to sign form that there are no scratches on the vehicle I never saw. Sever safety malfunction of front wheels swerving right. And to finish return is only at terminal 2 Frankfurt while no paperwork says it so.
