Insurance reimbursement is taking forever, and very little update unless asked.

A shallow 3 cm surface paint scratch on the front side panel costs 1183.35 NZD, which is insane, and it took EZU more than 5 weeks to provide the receipt of the repair service. 2000 NZD was charged on my credit card, of which 1183.35 NZD is still charged, and the insurance won't give any update on how the case of reimbursement is processing. Very bad experience. I don't know when I can get my money back.

“Not a good experience”

Waited for 1hour to be picked up from the hotel where the out of hours service should have been but wasn’t. Car was old, 87000k’s on it and badly damaged all round the vehicle.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great Value for money and well worth going out of the airport for collection. Car was easy to drive and fuel efficient. Only issue - if you're picking or dropping off around school time, the road where you collect the car is extremely busy due to a large school.
