Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

“Could have been better....”

I had booked the seven-passenger van. Then I told my group to use your company for rentals. When I got to the pick-up location. Your staff said We have a 7 passenger Tacoma only. We needed space for luggage. After 30 minutes of wait, she brought the van. My group had cars reserved both got Jeep wranglers.

The process to pick it up was terrible nobody new anything I had to call several times, then coming back they told me 15 minutes for a shuttle I way 45 minutes plus.
