I arrived at 9 PM. The rental station was at the far end of the airport. There was no upselling, and although their English wasn't fluent, we managed to confirm simple details like which type of fuel to use, whether there was unlimited mileage, and whether extra insurance was unnecessary before heading off. Specific requirements will be sent to your email. The car had very low fuel consumption, and it was a range-extended vehicle. A full tank could cover slightly under 10,000 KM.

The experience was great, the staff handling pickup and return were very friendly, especially the older lady during pickup who was very patient. She helped resolve issues with the credit card by carefully entering the information into the system.

Didn't quite understand how the third party insurance from AXA work. Was surprised when I was told that I had to pay the excess of up to $6000 upfront if any accident occurred during my trip. I thought the claim process should be between AXA and Budget and should not involve the user
