The process for picking up and exchanging the car was quick. The rental company was very thorough in noting scratches on the car, and it's recommended to record a video for documentation. Additionally, the car provided was very clean, but its mileage had already exceeded 100,000 kilometers, and the handbrake was not functional.

The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.

Car condition was good, only run 9000+ kms. Car was clean. Need to pick up car in the domestic airport car park. Drop off was inconvenient. We were told to call Thai Rent A Car 10 mins before but our SIM couldn't make local call so had to get them from the counter in arrival hall.
