I had a very bad experience renting from Routes. The poorest customer service ever I had seen.

This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

Staff wasn't the friendliest upon pick up and the car mileage on the contract did not match the actual mileage. I would've been charged extra for going over the included miles if I didn't point that out. Car was dirty inside and out but I didn't really mìnd it. Car return went well.

the car I booked was a bait and switch. Basically I paid extra to book a Jeep and when i showed up the rental company said that even though the rental said it was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the classification was for a lower vehicle. I ended up with a crap vehicle.

Waited 30 minutes for shuttle. Arrive at location. Waited another hour. I took over 20 minutes per customer to pick up a car. Only 2 check in people. Book specifically a Wrangler Jeep. Given a boring Durango SUV. Car was very dirty on outside. I had to wait a further 15 to get it washed. Took over 2 hours from waiting for shuttle to driving off with car. Tank was completely empty. Light flashing and needle below E sign. Would not recommend Routes and question Easy Car for being associated with this company.
