I booked a Golf, but they switched it to a Renault SUV at the store. The car was in great condition, with just over 30,000 kilometers driven. Picking up and returning the car was convenient, and the service was decent.

The pickup and return processes were smooth, and the location was easy to find by following the airport signs.

The car rental process at Zurich Airport was very straightforward, exceeding expectations, taking less than 5 minutes. We also added a second driver. Thumbs up!

The full size wagon I booked online was not available at the time of the pick-up and I was given a full-size car; it was tight for a family of five with luggages. Also, I was not given a fare adjustment for the downgrade. Other than that the booking, pick-up and drop-off experience was excellent.
