There was a line and only three service counters, so it took a while to get things done.

The car wasn't cleaned, there was no fuel, and the windshield washer fluid was empty. It seems like they gave me the car directly after the last person returned it.

Good service, the store is easy to find, and the staff are patient. However, they charged over 7 euros for interior cleaning, which is not common with other rental companies.

Excellent service. When my flight was delayed during the return, they extended the return time for free, but you must call the rental desk in advance to confirm.

No airport pickup, has to walk 5 minutes to the office. Counter staff was rude. Car was nothing like the one I saw in the pictures. The car condition was terrible, old and dirty with engine sounds. Upon returning the car, they knew exactly where to look for to find an odd chip in the paint job underneath the car, and charged me for the damage. I would not recommend this company one bit even if the rental is free.
