I was quite satisfied because I don’t speak much English. By checking in ahead of time, I didn’t need to show the reservation slip at the store—just mentioned my name, and the staff found the booking and printed the documents for me to sign. There were no issues with unnecessary sales pitches or insurance promotions. Overall, everything went smoothly!

The service from the store staff was very enthusiastic. My English is limited, so communication was a bit difficult, but with brief language and mobile translation, we managed to complete the pickup smoothly. It was right after my birthday on the day I picked up the car, and the staff wished me a happy birthday, which showed their thoughtfulness and friendliness. Because this store is close to my home, this was my second time renting a car here, and I will return next time.

Said I would pick the car up at 10:30, ended up getting there at 11:30. I was told that it would be 45 min to get a truck. After getting frustrated and telling them that I would take a car that wasn’t clean they got me one fairly quickly. Coming from someone who is executive elite with National I am not used to this level of service.

Speedier check in process would have been helpful. More employees providing directions to locate vehicles would have been helpful.
