Service was great. The drop-off location closes at 5:30 pm, so if you’re returning the car later you need to call ahead, then just leave the keys in the mailbox by the door.

The service attitude was excellent. Our English is not very good, but the staff patiently explained and communicated with us! The procedures for picking up and returning the car were very simple.

Mode company provides good overall service quality. The staff at the pickup and drop-off locations are friendly, and the process is quick and convenient without any hidden sales tactics.

Car was received in excellent condition , it was neat and tidy, smooth pick up experience as well. Special mention for Ryan in Christchurch who was fantastic, very responsive and resolved queries related to Auckland in addition to the ones in Christchurch . Absolutely wonderful person to deal with. He waited patiently at airport as well as it took us a little longer than anticipated with the family to reach the shuttle pick up point . 5 star service.

Car has some slight damage but otherwise fine. The Yaris is small as I expected but quite adequate for the two of us. The engine is somewhat underpowered for an automatic and the gearbox had to change down a gear quite often. Service very friendly.
