Great price but inconvenient, wouldn't use this service again for that reason. Just pay the money

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.

The worst experience ever! the car was dirty, smelly from cigarettes, and the fuel wasn't on full (half way to the other bar), When i returned the car, the young guy that was checking me out was rude ( I think his name is Edward- not sure). .I'm renting cars for years, all over the world, and never had this experience. I wrote them an email about it (1st time I ever send an email about this kind of situation). I really hope that they will find a way to compensate me.

I had a great value for a full size vehicle. The price had drop even lower than when I booked.

I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

Easy rent was perfect easy to use, no problems.
