The car rental company is not located at the airport. After exiting the airport, I called the company and arranged to wait at the Starbucks entrance. The staff drove over to pick me up, though the wait time was a bit long. Everything else was fine, and communication went smoothly. The vehicle pickup and inspection process at the store was quick and straightforward. For pickup, all they required were a credit card (non-UnionPay), a passport, and a driver's license translation. They didn’t even check the original driver's license, which I forgot to bring. I was initially prepared for an argument but ended up not needing it at all. For those worried about forgetting their license, there’s no need to stress. The car wasn’t provided with a full tank of gas, so just return it with the same level you received.

the car was nearly a new car and I was very happy with it. However on my last day but one of rental the car would not start. I called Windy cars and within an hour someone turned up and tried to start the car unsuccessfully, he called the dealership and they came and took the car away. He came back and gave me another car which is a bigger size than the one I rented. I could not say enough to thanks Windy for their excellent service and the way the dealt with this and the rental in general. I will not hesitate to rent from them in the future.

I reserved Hyundai i20 or similar, automatic transmission, got Nissan Micra with automatic transmission. Nissan Micra was superb. A little, lively car that had no problem fighting the crazy steep highway hills in southwest Turkey. The car was in a good condition and the person who handed it over to me checked with me on all scratches beforehand and reported them in a protocol. The drop-off was smooth and fast.
