Service was good, but they tried to upsell full insurance even though we had already purchased complete coverage through the rental site.

The service was okay. However, they required a €3000 pre-authorization without full insurance. A bit too much.

Car pickup was convenient, the service was good, and the car rented was better than what I requested online. The car had low mileage and was almost new. However, the return location was hard to find, which caused a delay, and I was 40 minutes late returning the car, so I was charged an extra day. The procedures for picking up and returning the car were both convenient.
