During the rental period, when the car key was accidentally locked in the trunk, Steven took the initiative to call Nissan's service hotline and coordinate with Rusty Towing to resolve the issue promptly. Overall satisfied. There were scratches on the car when picking it up, and I reported it on-site. However, upon return, vehicle inspection was ten times stricter than during pickup, and they didn't acknowledge the prior report from pickup. Luckily, I had taken photos before leaving the garage and uploaded them to the app. In the end, the person inspecting the car couldn't make a decision, so he called a supervisor, and I had to write the situation down on paper before completing the return process.
