“Good car but not much convenient flying in domestic”

Europcar counter is in the international terminal but we landed in domestic terminal.Therefore it was a little difficult to find the counter and had to walk a bit.

It was good to show many choices of cars and providers. Easy to use.

“Long waiting time to pick up car”
About Europcar: 8.8 /10
Dislike: The condition of the vehicle was excellent. Very clean and low mileage. However, the waiting time for pick up was far too long. It was around 12 midnight and there were only 1 other customer in front of me. However we have waited more than 20 mins for the vehicle to arrive. Including the documentation process, the overall pick up time is up to 30 mins.

Like: Car worked fine, and was fairly new.
Dislike: There were some ants crawling around in the car around the dashboard area, but it was not too much of a problem.
