Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, the service was good, and the vehicle was very new with only 6000+ miles on it. I will choose them again next time.

Queue times depend on how many people are there; if there aren't many Chinese, it won't be too slow. Service mainly depends on the renter's English proficiency; you can't expect everyone to speak Chinese. What kind of car you get is pure luck. I once booked a compact car but was able to take a small van after confirming with the staff, and there was no extra charge.

I've only used Alamo at Los Angeles Airport. Self-service car pick-up, no lines, no checking of driver's license, no fuss, no upselling.
